1. General Policy

SWIZOSOFT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made for any of our services, products, or programs, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Scope of Policy

This no-refund policy applies to all transactions including but not limited to:

  • Software development projects
  • Web development services
  • Mobile application development
  • Academic project guidance and support
  • Internship program fees
  • Training and course fees
  • Consultation charges
  • Any other services offered by Swizosoft

3. Advance Payment

All projects require an advance payment of 25% (or as specified in the project agreement) before commencement of work. This advance payment is non-refundable.

4. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after making payment:

  • No refund will be issued for any payments made
  • Any work completed up to the cancellation point remains the property of Swizosoft
  • The client may not use or distribute any deliverables provided during the project

5. Service Interruption

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Delays caused by client's failure to provide required information or materials
  • Changes in project scope or requirements initiated by the client
  • Technical issues beyond our control (third-party services, hosting issues, etc.)
  • Client's change of mind or business circumstances

6. Quality Assurance

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with any deliverable, we will work with you to address concerns and make reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments or services will be resolved through:

  • Direct discussion between client and Swizosoft management
  • Mediation if required
  • Arbitration as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
  • Jurisdiction: Courts of Uttara Kannada, Karnataka, India

8. Exceptions

There are NO exceptions to this no-refund policy. By making a payment to Swizosoft, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

9. Acknowledgment

By engaging our services and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety.
